1. Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "oyen4d", "we", "us", "our" refers to the oyen4d gaming platform operated at the domain oyen4d.cam and any associated services.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses the oyen4d platform and services.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a User upon successful registration on the oyen4d platform.
• "Services" refers to all gaming, betting, entertainment, and related services provided through the oyen4d platform, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, slot machines, lottery games (including togel), poker, and any other gaming products offered.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds from a User to their oyen4d Account balance through approved payment methods.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from a User's oyen4d Account balance to their designated bank account or payment method.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, cashback, or other incentives provided by oyen4d to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a User must bet before Bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account, accessing the oyen4d platform, or using any of our Services, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the platform and may not create or maintain an Account.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Users without exception, regardless of geographic location, device used, or method of access. oyen4d reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms & Conditions to stay informed of any updates.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To create an Account and use oyen4d Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian identification document.
• You must not be located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from gambling activities or listed on any gambling exclusion register.

oyen4d reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or permanent closure, and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.

3.2 Account Registration Process

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
• Valid email address and mobile phone number
• Date of birth and residential address in Indonesia
• Preferred username and secure password

You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and current. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination.

3.3 Account Restrictions

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account with oyen4d. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraudulent activity. If we detect multiple Accounts linked to the same User through IP address analysis, device fingerprinting, payment method matching, or other means, we reserve the right to:

• Close all duplicate Accounts immediately without prior notice
• Void all bets, wagers, and transactions associated with duplicate Accounts
• Confiscate any winnings, Bonuses, or promotional credits obtained through duplicate Accounts
• Permanently ban the User from the oyen4d platform

Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any Account rights to any third party.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

oyen4d is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and identity theft. As part of our regulatory compliance and security protocols, all Users must complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.

4.1 Required Documentation

To verify your identity and activate full Account functionality, you must submit the following documents:

• Government-Issued Photo Identification: Valid Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or driver's license showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and expiration date.
• Proof of Address: Recent utility bill (electricity, water, internet), bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months showing your name and residential address matching your Account registration.
• Payment Method Verification: For bank transfers, a screenshot or photograph of your bank account details showing account holder name and account number. For e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay), verification of account ownership may be required.

4.2 Verification Timeline and Account Limitations

KYC verification typically takes 24 to 72 hours from the time of document submission. During the verification period, your Account may have limited functionality including restricted Withdrawal capabilities. Accounts that remain unverified for more than thirty (30) days may be subject to temporary suspension until verification is completed.

All personal information and documents submitted for KYC verification are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations. Documents are stored securely and used solely for verification and compliance purposes.

5. Deposits and Account Funding

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

oyen4d accepts Deposits through the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

All Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party Deposits (funds originating from accounts not in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be rejected or refunded.

5.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

Minimum Deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Maximum Deposit limits vary by payment method and User Account status. Standard Deposits are processed instantly during banking hours (Monday through Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 WIB for bank transfers; 24/7 for e-wallets). Deposits made outside banking hours may experience delays until the next business day.

oyen4d does not charge fees for Deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are the User's responsibility.

5.3 Deposit Confirmation and Account Crediting

Once a Deposit is successfully processed, funds will be credited to your Account balance within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours. If your Deposit does not appear within thirty (30) minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number and proof of payment.

6. Withdrawals and Payout Policy

6.1 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a Withdrawal, your Account must meet the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved
• Account balance must exceed the minimum Withdrawal amount (Rp 100,000)
• All Bonus Wagering Requirements must be fulfilled for any active Bonuses
• No pending investigations, disputes, or security flags on the Account

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are processed Monday through Sunday. Standard processing times are:

• Bank Transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri): 6 to 24 hours
• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay): 1 to 6 hours

Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or if additional verification is required. oyen4d reserves the right to request additional documentation or information before approving any Withdrawal request, particularly for large Withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000.

6.3 Withdrawal Limitations

Maximum Withdrawal amount per transaction is Rp 100,000,000 (one hundred million Indonesian Rupiah). Users may make multiple Withdrawals within a 24-hour period subject to cumulative daily limits. All Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for Deposits, unless alternative arrangements are approved by oyen4d customer support.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Terms

oyen4d offers various Bonuses and promotions including welcome Bonuses, reload Bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are provided at the time the Bonus is awarded. It is the User's responsibility to read and understand Bonus terms before accepting any promotional offer.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all Bonuses carry a Wagering Requirement before funds can be withdrawn. Standard Wagering Requirements range from 1x to 10x the Bonus amount, depending on the promotion type. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 Bonus with a 5x Wagering Requirement means you must place Rp 5,000,000 in total bets before the Bonus becomes withdrawable cash.

Not all games contribute equally toward Wagering Requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and sports betting may contribute at reduced percentages. Specific contribution rates are provided in each Bonus's terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

oyen4d reserves the right to void Bonuses and confiscate winnings if we determine that a User has engaged in Bonus abuse, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus multiple times
• Using betting strategies designed solely to clear Wagering Requirements (e.g., hedging opposite outcomes)
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate Bonus outcomes
• Exploiting software errors or platform vulnerabilities to obtain unfair advantages

8. Betting Rules and Game Play

8.1 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets are subject to the official rules and regulations of the respective sports governing bodies and oyen4d's internal betting rules. Settlement of bets is based on official results as determined by the relevant sports organization. In cases of abandoned matches, postponed events, or void outcomes, bets will be settled according to established sports betting conventions and oyen4d's settlement policies.

8.2 Casino and Game Rules

All casino games, slots, live dealer games, and other gaming products operate according to the rules defined by the game provider. Return to Player (RTP) percentages, volatility ratings, and game mechanics are determined by the respective software providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, etc.) and are not controlled by oyen4d.

8.3 Disconnections and Technical Issues

In the event of a disconnection during game play, any active bets or game rounds will be settled according to the game provider's disconnection policies. Generally, completed game rounds will be settled at their actual outcome, while incomplete rounds may be voided or settled at the last known valid state. Users are responsible for maintaining stable internet connections and adequate device functionality.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the oyen4d platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity
• Manipulating, hacking, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to oyen4d systems, databases, or other Users' Accounts
• Using bots, automated software, scripts, or third-party tools to place bets or interact with the platform
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to manipulate outcomes or gain unfair advantages
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform or game software
• Providing false information during registration or verification processes
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward oyen4d staff or other Users
• Using the platform if you are self-excluded, underage, or located in a restricted jurisdiction

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds and winnings, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

10. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

oyen4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting Users who may be at risk of developing gambling problems. We provide a range of responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality check reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Users who wish to self-exclude may contact customer support to initiate a voluntary exclusion period ranging from one (1) month to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, the User's Account will be suspended, preventing all gaming activity, Deposits, and promotional communications. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other intellectual property displayed on the oyen4d platform are the exclusive property of oyen4d or our licensed third-party providers. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any oyen4d content or software without our express written permission. Unauthorized use of oyen4d intellectual property may result in civil and criminal penalties.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, oyen4d, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform or Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds, winnings, or Account balances due to User error, technical failures, or platform unavailability
• Interruption of service, delays, errors, or data loss
• Unauthorized access to User Accounts due to compromised passwords or security credentials
• Damages resulting from reliance on information provided on the platform
• Any losses arising from gambling activities or betting decisions

Users acknowledge that gambling inherently involves financial risk and that oyen4d does not guarantee winnings, profits, or any specific outcomes. Users are solely responsible for their gambling decisions and any resulting financial consequences.

13. Dispute Resolution and Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the oyen4d platform or Services, you must first contact our customer support team at the email address provided on this site. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, Users may escalate the matter through formal written notice describing the nature of the dispute and desired resolution. oyen4d will review the matter and provide a final decision within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations serving the Indonesian market. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, and Users hereby consent to such jurisdiction.

15. Amendments and Updates

oyen4d reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
